The management board

Stefan Blöchinger (born 1968) was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors on 24 September 2025 following the change in legal form to Gabor Shoes GmbH. Previously, he had been CEO of Gabor Shoes AG since 18 June 2023 and had already been serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at the company since 1 August 2022.  

Stefan Blöchinger has over 30 years of professional experience in the fashion and consumer goods industry. Among other things, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at group level and in the production and sales environment. In the past, his main focus areas have been strategy, transformation, standardisation of business processes and digitalisation.

Peter Bradler (born 1965) was appointed Production, Purchasing and Sourcing Director on 24 September 2025 as part of the change in legal form to Gabor Shoes GmbH. He had already been a board member at Gabor Shoes AG since 1 June 2023. 

He has more than 35 years of experience in the footwear industry, including around 25 years in management positions at renowned suppliers. At Gabor, Peter Bradler is responsible for technology and production at the company’s own factories in Portugal and Slovakia. He also heads the central technical departments at the headquarters in Rosenheim and global purchasing.  

Sascha-Daniel Negele (born 1983) was appointed Customer & Brand Director on 24 September 2025 as part of the change in legal form to Gabor Shoes GmbH. Previously, he had been a board member responsible for sales, products and branding at Gabor Shoes AG since 2 January 2024. 

The business administration graduate is an experienced strategy consultant and sales professional. Since early 2023, as a management consultancy partner, he has been instrumental in developing a new growth strategy for Gabor. Previously, he has held senior positions in sales and branding at various companies in the retail, fashion, footwear and sports sectors.
