On 17th February 2026, we’re opening a new chapter in Gabor’s brand story with “Gabor Brand New” – fresher, bolder, and more welcoming.

For us, Gabor Brand New is much more than just a new campaign. It’s an invitation to everyone who forges their own path and values authenticity.

We’re not revealing exactly what’s behind Gabor Brand New just yet. But one thing’s for sure: it will be more approachable, inspiring, and powerful.

What’s new?

With Gabor Brand New, a new era begins for us, the brand, and our customers. The brand now represents authenticity and self-confidence even more clearly to the outside world.

Our communication is becoming more modern, personal, and approachable: Starting February 17, we will gradually switch to the contemporary “du” form of address over the coming weeks. What has already become standard within our company will now be experienced by everyone externally as well.
The majority of our community has also expressed a preference for this new “du” address. It will apply across all marketing channels in the future – from the website and the shop to newsletters and social media.

What remains the same?

  • From February 17, 2026, the Gabor online shop will have a new look. The website will still be accessible at www.gabor.com.
  • The ordering process and payment methods will remain unchanged, as will the return and shipping policies and the returns and complaints process.
  • Existing logins and account details will be retained; a new password is not required. Access to order history, addresses, and wish lists will continue. Vouchers will remain valid. Data protection continues to be guaranteed.
  • Nothing will change regarding the myGabor levels. Collected points, achieved levels, and the associated benefits, such as discount vouchers, remain valid.
  • Points will continue to be credited 30 days after the order is received, provided the ordered items are not returned.
  • For questions, problems, or feedback, we are available as usual via the contact form or the hotline.
